About Etosha

Hi, I’m Etosha. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 13 years, supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related concerns. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach to care.

Many times people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, especially if they’ve felt like they don’t quite fit in or haven’t found approaches that truly work for them. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, validating, and adaptable to your needs. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, rather than expecting you to fit into a specific mold.

My approach integrates CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and somatic techniques to support both emotional and mind-body healing. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, regulate difficult emotions, and build a stronger sense of stability, self-worth, and resilience.
